Liars! No Sky Chair as promised for this afternoon. Gave up after 3pm as the night crowds rolled in.

Anyway, still good surfy / wavy terrain with 20 cm of fresh. Major runs got tracked out pretty quickly but poaching was rewarded with plenty of untracked sections. Cascade, Upper / Lower Rainbow, Bowen Face and Midway were my main runs today.

Treated myself by ending the afternoon (3:30pm) with a glorious untracked ride down Olympic.

There's also a mid-mountain snow stake.

One of my shorter sessions (9am-noon). Killed time on firm groomers until Sky Chair opened at 10:30. What a disappointment. Rip Cord had no fresh. Top gun was similar but open field at the bottom before the trail was pretty epic with knee high fresh. Treated myself to a glorious exit down Olympic with 20cm of untracked fresh.

Sunday report.
Snow was dry and cushy groomers in the morning. Freezing level was around 500 metres. On the Eagle side, lift lines ranged from 1 minute to 3 minutes from 9:00 to 1:00.

Day 7 - Hero groomers on Eagle. Snowboarded with LeopardSkin 9-11am before the crowds arrived then finished off with Olympic which is surprisingly in reasonable shape.

It has been announced today is the last day of the year. Get up before the snow is all gone!

Worse than a dad joke ... more like a nerd joke.

Day 8 - Fun in the sun. Super hero groomers. Cranking turns and laying down trenches with LeopardSkin. Even scored carve 360s on the steeps of Jasey Jay.

Finished down Olympic. Hit 6 patches of fresh - otherwise hard, crusty and lumpy ... 75% regret

Day 9 - Excellent groomers. Perfect for learning the revert carve this morning.
